Privacy Policy

Last updated: 17 May 2026

Founder's Agentcy ("we", "us", "our") builds custom internal applications for ops-heavy businesses. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit our website or engage us, how we use it, and the choices you have.

1. Who we are

Founder's Agentcy is an independent studio that designs and ships operational software for small and mid-sized businesses. If you have any questions about this policy you can reach us at hello@foundersagentcy.com.

2. Information we collect

We only collect information that helps us respond to enquiries and run the business. That includes:

  • Information you give us — your name, email, company, role, project details, and any other context you share when you fill in a form, book a call, or email us.
  • Information collected automatically — basic analytics about pages you visit, referrer, approximate location, device and browser. We use this only to understand how the site is used.
  • Cookies — small files used for essential site function and lightweight analytics. You can disable cookies in your browser at any time.

We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal data, financial information, or information from anyone under 16.

3. How we use information

  • To reply to enquiries and qualify whether we are a fit for your project.
  • To deliver work under an engagement letter or statement of work.
  • To send occasional updates about our work — only if you have opted in.
  • To improve the website and understand which content is useful.
  • To meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations.

4. Legal basis

Where applicable, we rely on your consent (for marketing), the performance of a contract (for client work), our legitimate interests (for running and improving the business), and legal obligation (for record keeping).

5. How we share information

We do not sell your data. We share information only with a small set of vetted service providers that help us operate, for example email, scheduling, analytics, accounting, and cloud hosting. Each is bound by their own privacy and security commitments.

We may also disclose information if we are legally required to, or to protect our rights, property, or safety.

6. How we protect information

Client project data lives inside the applications we build for you, under your accounts and your control. Anything you share with us directly is stored in access controlled systems with strong passwords, two factor authentication, and least privilege access. We delete information we no longer need.

7. Data retention

We keep enquiry data for up to 24 months. Client engagement records are kept for the duration of the engagement and for as long as required for legal, tax, and accounting purposes.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete the personal data we hold about you, to object to or restrict processing, and to withdraw consent. To exercise any of these rights, email us at hello@foundersagentcy.com and we will respond within 30 days.

9. International transfers

We work with clients and tools across multiple regions. Where data moves across borders, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses with our service providers.

10. Third party links

This website may link to third party sites. We are not responsible for their privacy practices. We recommend reading their policies before sharing any information with them.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent change. Material changes will be communicated where appropriate.

12. Contact
